With many years of experience in the gastronomic field and having undertaken this project on board, my main goal is to create a menu that highlights the richness and authenticity of Mediterranean flavors through a modern approach.
My cooking style combines traditional flavors with contemporary techniques, placing strong emphasis on the highest quality ingredients. I firmly believe that a successful dish always begins with the right raw materials; for this reason, carefully selected Greek products are used, respecting seasonality, the land, and local producers.
